Who we are looking for
Circuit Media is seeking an Audio/Visual Communications Specialist to serve one of our federal government clients. This individual will get to work with the U. S. Air Force located at Dock Junction / Glynco, GA. This position will be primarily on-site. Key Responsibilities
In this role you will produce high-quality, low-cost audio/video recordings in support of the organization's training, advertising and recruiting initiatives through full production services Production planning, including live production, script writing, photography, graphic and art direction, and podcast production and post production. Prior to recording each video you will present a video concept, script, and plan to the government PM for review and approval.
Upon approval of the proposed concept and script, you'll deliver a production plan within three business days. You'll process all content with final deliverables to include a combination of media, including video, still images, and audio to be accessed interactively.
You'll be responsible for creating and producing podcasts for the organization. Podcasts are expected to be an episodic series of spoken word digital audio files that a user can access.
You'll be working on media and video processing tasks required for the full development of a skill-based learning and education which deals with relatively small learning units.
You will be required to perform all post production tasks to include editing raw audio and video footage, cutting scenes, special effects, etc. In some cases, a video or audio may need to be re-recorded to capture the intended message.
You must also assist in exploring the possibility of using virtual reality technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
You'll be responsible for the development of media content, organization and maintenance of a video library. The library will consist of short videos capturing current technical training procedures. The videos are intended to be brief and capture a micro-learning concept.

Minimum Requirements
An active Secret clearance is required
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Captivate, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition
Experience using and maintaining audiovisual equipment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Highly organized
Resume must include a link to online portfolio of work
Preferred
Advanced education or degree in videography, multimedia communications, or similar
Graduate of the Defense Information School (DINFOS) Mass Communication course or similar
Experience publishing to podcasting platforms
